Regulation 19 consultation
- This consultation is not really a consultation: it is a stage in the Local Planning process where the public are invited to give opinion and/or comment, backed up with appropriate evidence and measured against tests of ‘Soundness’, legal compliance and National Planning Policy. This is known as a ‘Representation’.
